End of Year Functions

The end of the working year goes hand-in-hand with company celebrations and social functions.  

It is important to recognise that a work function, even if it is after hours and off site, is still considered to be in the course of employment. As a result, Employers need to ensure they understand the legal obligations that exist towards their employees.
