Fair Work Information Statements

Under the National Employment Standards, an employer must provide a Fair Work Information Statement to all employees that commenced their employment after 1 January 2010 as soon as possible after the start of employment. A failure to do so may result in penalties of up to $10,800 for an individual and $54,000 for a corporation.
