NECA Careers & Apprenticeships (NCA) was established by the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) of South Australia / Northern Territory. NCA is dedicated to the electrotechnology industry, ensuring you receive expert support and advice from an organisation who understands your industry. We work hard to ensure we deliver quality Apprentices to fulfill the skills needs of today and for the future. 

We provide a quality, flexible and cost effective service that collaborates with industry to train and advance the skills of our industry sectors.

How Does it Work?

NCA Host Employers simply pay a charge out rate for the productive time of each Apprentice and we take care of the rest!

NCA LOOK AFTER THE FOLLOWING:

  • Recruitment
    • Industry Assessment
    • Interview
    • Medical Assessment
    • Industry Training
  • Uniforms, Tools and PPE
  • Payment of Annual Leave, Personal Leave, Public Holidays and Rostered Days Off
  • Off-the-Job Training
  • Superannuation
  • Workers Compensation
  • Payroll and Administration
  • On-going Mentoring and Support

NCA Apprentices will be taken through a complete Induction process, including WHS training, and supplied with their own uniform, tools and PPE. A dedicated Field Officer will support and assist your company, as well as mentoring and monitoring your Apprentice and their progress.

NCA Host Employers simply pay a fixed charge out rate for their Apprentice – no hassles or risks for you or your business.
