This image was sent in by a member who identified the installation as possibly being an Infinity cable.

The cable was located in a roof space and not fully subject to the elements. While the cable is still malleable, it is evident the active insulation is fading significantly.

NECA Technical advises members to err on the side of caution if you are not sure if the cable is Infinity, and either see if you can get the job to replace it, or report the situation to Fair Trading.
