Electrical Industry Safety Network

Are you a person that is driven by helping others and making a positive difference?

With all the emerging challenges in new technology and more recently the pandemic impacting businesses across the globe NECA is looking for members who have a keen interest in joining our monthly safety networking group to help us improve electrical health and safety awareness and / or practices across the industry.

The networking forum is seeking members with a background or genuine interest in health and or safety. Whether you simply want to improve on your current awareness or share your experiences to helps others, your attendance is welcome.   

NECA has a solid outstanding history in striving to support the business needs of its members across all facets of the Electrical and Communications Industry. Neca has been established for over 100 years and we continue to be one of the largest leading Electrical Associations in Australia. Our foundations remain as strong as ever today due to the dedicated contributions of our members. 

We cater to all types of industry members, including but not limited to small operators working out of their vans to multinational organisations and our members work across every facet of the industry including all things electrical, data & communications, security, fire, refrigeration & air-conditioning, solar and smart wiring.

The Agenda will cover the following:

• Industry Reports

• Updates and changes to our HSEQ Platforms

• Industry hazard reviews

• Personal protective equipment insights

• Guest speakers

The meeting will be held via Teams Meetings on the third Friday of the month at 10 am for a minimum of 1.5 – 2 hours depending on content.
