The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) has cancelled the registration of a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) which deliver training and assessment services in the Security Sector.

By notice, ASQA advised individuals who were issued a security or related qualification and/or statement of attainment by these Organisations of ASQAs intention to cancel their qualification and/or Statement of Attainment.

If you were issued a security or related qualification and/or Statement of Attainment by these Organisations and have not received the ASQA notice, please contact ASQA urgently by email at: qualifications.review@asqa.gov.au (or by telephone 1300 701 801).

There have been three media releases about ASQA cancelling qualifications given out by the RTOs in the security area:

• Further Peacemakers security qualifications to be cancelled
• ASQA cancels security qualifications issued by Victorian trainer
