Members need to be aware that construction arrangements on Devonshire Street between Chalmers and Elizabeth streets will change from 10pm Friday 18 November. Only emergency services vehicles will be able to drive along this part of Devonshire Street.This means vehicles travelling along Randle Street will not be able  to turn left onto Devonshire Street and will need to leave the area northbound via Chalmers Street (see attached map). The loading zone outside the Madison Hotel will remain.

The current pedestrian crossing will be moved further north on Randle Street so you can expect more pedestrians on the footpath outside the Madison Hotel. Please try to avoid delivering during the morning and afternoon peak periods when there will be more people using the footpath.
