Challenge to FWBC powers to stymie agreements

Change to PV Inspection Policy

Access Canberra Electrical Inspections has advised that from 14 November 2016 new Photovoltaic (PV) installation that are zero export, do not need an electrical inspection before they are connected to the electrical installation. A Certificate of Electrical Safety (CES) under the category of “New Work” is still required to be submitted within 14 days.
