2024 NECA SA/NT Roadshow Seminar Series
We are pleased to announce that the NECA SA/NT Roadshow Seminar Series is back in 2024! The seminars will be hosted throughout South Australia from March to May in 15 locations.
We highly encourage all electrical contractors and their employees to attend to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest developments in the electrotechnology industry, with presentations including discussions on:
- NECA SA/NT: the Industrial Manslaughter legislation, the Standards Australia mobile application, and changes to our group training organisation.
- SA Power Networks: the SIR, DER compliance, the flexible exports rollout, and EV strategies and compliance.
- Office of the Technical Regulator: equipotential bonding, EV’s, recent recalls, RCD’s, and recent safety issues found.
We have listened to the feedback from attendees of past roadshows and have changed up the format for this year’s seminars! Each seminar will now run for 2.5 hours (instead of 3 hours), starting at 4:30pm and concluding at 7pm.
This annual seminar series is a significant training resource for the electrotechnology industry and we sincerely thank SA Power Networks and the Office of the Technical Regulator for their involvement and support of this initiative.
Suppliers, manufacturers, and wholesalers will be at each location with their product and service displays. NECA SA/NT staff will also be on hand to answer any queries you may have!
NECA SA/NT members continue to attend for free in 2024. Non-member tickets are $30 per person plus booking fees. Members – you were sent a discount/promo code for Eventbrite via email on 14 February to ensure you receive a free ticket. To register your attendance, simply visit our Eventbrite page, click ‘Reserve a Spot,’ enter your promo code at the very top of the screen, and then select the location you would like to attend.
Members, please also note that your membership category status determines the number of free tickets you are entitled to. For example, if your membership category is a business with 1-2 employees you are entitled to 2 free tickets, whereas if your business has 10-14 employees you are entitled to 14 free tickets.
