Moreover, it delves into how personal and work-related factors like alcohol and drug use, stress, fatigue, and external pressures influence fitness for work. Practical measures include alcohol and drug tests, buddy systems, Employee Assistance Programs, and closer supervision to address these issues. Creating an open dialogue and robust support system in the workplace is emphasized to prevent accidents and health problems, promoting a safer and more productive working environment with a particular focus on noise and vibration controls.
