NECA's Labour Exchange is designed to assist members to keep and maintain their quality staff during the slow period whilst also assisting members having trouble finding quality staff.
Often members find themselves in situations where work dries up and they are faced with making valuable workers redundant. Similarly, members that require labour find themselves relying upon recruitment agencies to provide them with poor quality candidates.
NECA's Labour Exchange aims to bridge this gap and provide a reliable platform for members to find quality, skilled labour when needed.
