To be eligible for this benefit, you must be a current NECA member in the ACT, NSW, QLD, TAS and WA, and use ServiceM8 URL. These Terms supplement and are additional to ServiceM8's Terms of Service. ServiceM8 may terminate, update, or modify these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. All updates and modifications to these Terms will take effect upon being published on ServiceM8 website. All updates and modifications will also be communicated via email to the email address on record at that time.

- The discount will only be available for new ServiceM8 subscribers.
- The discount will be accessed by visiting the special ServiceM8 URL for the offer, and creating a free trial account via this page, after which the discount will apply to the plans available to choose from if/when they choose to subscribe to ServiceM8.

This SWMS is generic; it is important for a SWMS to include the specific circumstances of the workplace in which the high-risk construction work will be carried out. You must review these SWMS in their entirety and amend to ensure they reflect the operations. It is also important workers conduct a risk assessment prior to performing any work on site to find site-specific hazards, risks or controls that may not be in this SWMS.
