NECA Labour Exchange

Often members find themselves in situations where work dries up and they are faced with making valuable workers redundant. Similarly, members that require labour find themselves relying upon Recruitment agencies to provide them with poor quality candidates.

The NECA Labour Exchange is designed to assist members to keep and maintain their quality staff during slow periods whilst also assisting those members having trouble finding quality staff.

NECA will not get involved in the negotiation of the relationship. It is up to each member to negotiate and settle the agreed amount and period of time over which the labour exchange will take place.
