Victorian Energy Upgrades Survey

The Victorian Energy Upgrades program provides subsidies for residential and business consumers to reduce their energy use by upgrading appliances, processes or buildings.

The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) is proposing a Code of Conduct for accredited providers and third parties (such as installers and telemarketers) that would apply mandatory minimum standards for marketing, information provision, installation, after sales support and dispute resolution - consistent with similar industry codes and Australian Consumer Law. Businesses breaching the Code would be unable to profit from the program.

NECA has been consulting with the Department on behalf of our members, and to help us to continue to do that, we would like to gather some information about your involvement (or otherwise) in the upgrade program.

There is a short online survey (created by NECA) here.  Please take a few minutes to complete it to help us represent you!
