With the Festive Season fast approaching, many businesses will be shutting down. Whether you are shutting down, or staying open – it is important to understand how public holidays affect employees’ pay and entitlements.

Members can simply login to find out more about your obligations for paying employees on Public Holidays, as well as employee’s rights in relation to being absent on public holidays, requests for annual leave, and how public holidays interact with paid leave (e.g. annual leave or personal leave).
