Want a better option for training your electrical apprentice? NECA College has that covered

Did you know that an apprentice no longer needs to be employed with NECA Electrical Apprenticeships to attend? NECA College is now taking enrolments until the 27 January for its first semester.

Why choose a NECA Training college?

>> No stress in enrolments
NECA College takes care of the enrolment documentation at no charge. All you need to do is employ an apprentice.

>> Industry specialists for training
NECA College is centred around electrical training and its teachers are all industry specialists.

>> Flexibility for course transition
NECA College accepts apprentices mid-way through an apprenticeship or a semester and can help your apprentice transition from another college.

>> Government-funded apprenticeship training
NECA College is Government funded, therefore there is no charge to the employer or the apprentice.

>> Advanced online learning platform
NECA College has its own online learning platform, that can be accessed by the student 24/7. Each student attending the college is allocated with their own computer and G-Suite account.

>> One-on-one study support
NECA College ensures that your apprentice gets the best possible support by providing one-on-one after hours for your apprentice, when needed and at no extra cost to you.

>> Nationally recognised to ASQA standards
NECA College is nationally recognised, with all training accredited according to ASQA standards.

>> eProfiling for on-the-job record keeping
NECA College's eProfiling system helps you, your apprentice and NECA Training to keep a record of your apprentice's on-the-job experience.

Where to from here?

An apprentice does not need to be employed by NECA Electrical Apprenticeships to attend, but it is expected that they meet a minimum entry requirement for language, literacy and numeracy [LLN] standard. NECA Training will provide the required guidance to strengthen the areas of weakness. A sample quiz demonstrating the required LLN can be accessed here.
