NECA National Awards 2022

NECA Recognises the Country’s Best at National Electrical and Communication Industry Awards

The National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) has recognised the industry’s best at the 2022 NECA Awards.

The sold-out event took place on Thursday 24 November, and saw MC Peter Rowsthorn host 320 attendees at SkyCity Adelaide, celebrating the very best electrical and communications projects from across Australia.

NECA CEO, Oliver Judd said “Congratulations to our winners, who have not only showcased outstanding examples of the best our industry has to offer, but have also shown what is possible for the future of our industry”.

Former South Australian Premier Steven Marshall, who was in attendance to present awards for the national apprentice of the year categories, paid homage to employers providing opportunity to those entering the industry. “To every employer that has taken on an apprentice recently, I say thank you very much. You’re securing the skills that are needed for the future of your sector”.

Winner’s of the 2022 awards were selected from an extremely strong field of national finalists, who have already achieved NECA’s highest accolades at a state level, NECA National President, Dave McInnes said. “The finalists across all categories should be extremely proud.
