End of year Super Health Check

 

As we draw a close to a challenging year, it’s a great time to reflect on where you are at with your super.

Your super is your savings for retirement and at NESS Super we want to support you with some helpful tips on your Super Health Check self-assessment.

It’s important that both Employers and their Employees know the following:

 

Check your insurance cover

Protect the life you’ve planned for yourself and your loved ones. Check that you have the right level of insurance for your circumstances.

Consolidating your super

Having several super accounts could mean you're paying multiple fees and charges, which may reduce your overall retirement income.

You can check where your super is by calling our friendly team on 1800 022 067 and we can help you consolidate your other super as well as look for any lost or unclaimed super in a matter of minutes. Bonus!

 

How much super are you getting? 

The current rate for Super Guarantee payments is 9.5%, with this rate currently set to continue until 1 July 2021, when it is expected to increase to 10%. However, this increase could come under review. Watch this space…

You can help boost your super and potentially receive taxation benefits by either salary sacrificing or making after-tax contributions.  Please check your eligibility criteria as well as contribution limits by contacting us for a chat.
