Appointment of new NECA CEO, Oliver Judd

The National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA) is pleased to announce Oliver Judd has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by the organisation’s Executive Committee.

Mr Judd has spent the last 12 years with NECA as Executive Director. He brings a wealth of organisational and industry knowledge to the role. Mr Judd is well placed to lead NECA as the organisation evolves and requirements change to address an ever-changing industry.

NECA would like to thank the outgoing CEO Suresh Manickam for his efforts over the last few years. NECA wishes him all the best in his future endeavours and looks forward to continuing to work with him in his on-going elected roles as Secretary of the National and Tasmania Offices.

Oliver Judd, CEO and NECA spokesperson said:

I will remain focused on achieving the best for our members and our state bodies by being a strong advocate on their behalf”.

As part of this transition, NECA also welcomes Peter McCabe as the new Director of Policy and Government Relations. He brings extensive experience in advocacy and will support NECA’s mission to shape the future of our industry for the better. The National team will also be working from a new purpose-built facility in Chullora.
