Transitional Period for the Personal Property Securities Act Ceases

31 January 2014 is the end of the temporary legal protections/concessions given by the “transitional period” of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (PPSA). If you have contracts or agreements that pre-date 30 January 2012 you need to act now to protect your existing rights.
