Awards

There is no doubt that the biggest event on the NECA calendar is the NECA Excellence Awards and NECA Apprentice Awards. These events recognise the commitment, dedication and excellence in our industry. 

NECA's suite of awards programs covers the full spectrum of the electrotechnology industry, covering contractors and their best projects, who are rewarded through our National Excellence Awards scheme, to apprentices who are recognised for their hard work and commitment to the industry through our Apprentice Awards.

In addition, we showcase those young secondary school students who demonstrate a particular aptitude and passion for the electrotechnology industry and encourage them into a career in this dynamic sector through the Secondary School Student Awards. Finally, the Trade Teacher Awards recognise the most committed teachers who are critical to the development of tomorrow's well-skilled and informed workers.
