The ACCC has determined that Wholesalers and Distributers will cover the cost of replacing the faulty Infinity Cable, and that they will manage that process.  Electrical Contractors are required to advice their Distributers of the sites where they have laid this faulty cable – but they should not undertake any replacement work unless instructed by the Distributer. Attached you will find the official ACCC statement a Q&A to help you work out what you have to do next.
