Klimate Solutions - SEMF Hobart- New Office Project

SEMF Hobart - New Office Project 40 Molle Street, Hobart Value $100,000. Commenced November 2015 – Completion 20th April 2016.  SEMF had the concept of converting the heritage listed circa 1900 building into a contemporary interior for their executive office and consultancy space within the parameters of a heritage building.

Input and brief from Klimate Solutions was sought to maximise the structure and unique character of this building, whilst providing a compliant and energy efficient electrical solution and delivering SEMF with a showcase of the latest technologies and a clear identity as a leader in this market space.

The unique design of this building allowed for uncluttered open plan offices, and glazed meeting rooms, allowing the rustic nature of this building’s structure to be brought into focus and supporting the organisation’s commitment to a traditional, innovative, sustainable and efficiency culture.

Klimate Solutions - Australia Post- South Eastern Mail Distribution Centre

Klimate Solutions was contracted to design, supply and construct cost effective and energy efficient solutions and to provide heating cooling and ventilation for this complex mail and freight sorting and distribution centre. This included the removal and upgrade of the existing plant, electrical equipment and control and wiring systems, which needed to be undertaken without disruption to this busy 24/7 facility. This involved working both internally and externally in the centre, with a critical factor being able to keep all of the heating, cooling and ventilation electrical services operational throughout the duration of the project.

Industrial - Medium Project

RBD Electrical & Instrumentation - Hydro Tasmania Fisher Power Station Upgrade

The Salamanca Wharf Hotel, in the highly popular Battery Point, contains 22 studio rooms and apartments. The brief from the client was for a state of the art, luxury fit out and an electrical installation that would allow the property to be strata titled at some stage in the future.

Built on a very small site, with stringent noise restrictions, and restricted working hours, a major challenge was a German designed Car Stacker - only the second of its kind to be installed in the Southern hemisphere. A Building Management System was also installed to analyse and monitor energy consumption.
